With the finals of the UK X-Factor approaching this weekend on ITV we will no doubt get to relive, during the programme, the moment Irish judge Louis Walsh chose his final three hopefuls in the South of France.

As the boys practised behind the scenes and sang their hearts out to Louis and the cameras, this sensational judge’s house has been pushed into the limelight and is now up for sale.

 Situated near the Gulf of St Tropez, gazing across the sapphire Mediterranean it is a true ‘all singing, all dancing’ house.  The 1000m2 of living accommodation is perfectly arranged and presented in excellent condition.  There are separate quarters for guests, a staff apartment, and a wonderful central courtyard with all bedrooms in the main house offering sea views.
